KMCC Qatar HRD successfully hosts career development training session

DOHA: The Kerala Muslim Cultural Centre (KMCC) State HRD Wing Qatar organized a highly successful career development training session titled “Get Hired Smarter” at the KMCC Hall in Thumama recently.
The event, aimed at enhancing professional skills, was inaugurated by Saleem Nalakath, General Secretary of KMCC Qatar, and was attended by a wide range of participants from various industries.
The program kicked off with a soulful Qira’at by Yaseen Abdul Hameed Muyippoth; Noufal Aman, General Convener of the HRD Wing, delivered the welcome address, and Shareef Mambayil, Chairman of KMCC State HRD, presided over the event.
The highlight of the evening was a comprehensive and interactive training session by Mubaraq Muhammed, Director – Emerging Workforce at CIGI Doha. His session covered a wide array of topics, including AI-powered CV building, optimizing CVs for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), enhancing LinkedIn branding, mastering interview techniques, and creating effective career maps. Attendees were actively engaged through live demonstrations, real-time CV critiques, and valuable insights into personal branding.
The event was attended by Ashraf Aralam, Secretary and HRD In-charge of KMCC Qatar, and Sidheeque Vahakad, Vice President of KMCC Qatar, who delivered motivational speeches. The session received support from Maimoona, Chairperson of the Women’s Wing, and other distinguished KMCC leaders.
