The Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD) has issued a weather forecast via its official X account, alerting residents to the possibility of mist and fog formation in certain areas over the coming days. The forecast highlights that the weather conditions are expected to prevail from Wednesday night through Friday morning. These conditions are likely to significantly reduce horizontal visibility to less than 2 kilometers during the late-night and early-morning hours.
